How many hours before we check in the Airport ?

Ans: Check- in time is two or three hours prior to departure for all destinations. You are responsible for checking the departure time for your flight is consistent with that on your ticket.

What are the objects allowed to take in Hand Baggage

Ans: Remember not to pack any sharp items in your hand baggage! Dive knives, tool kits and so forth should be packed in your checked in baggage. Regulators are okay to have in your hand baggage, but be sure that it is easy to access in case you need to show it at security control. There is still a limitation as to the amounts of liquid that you may take with you onboard the aircraft. You may have a maximum of 100mL of fluids (hair gels, drinks, hand creams, etc) per bottle. Please note that baby food and formula is permitted. Package all fluids in a see-through plastic bag in order to show security.

  Do I need a valid passport to travel ?

Ans: Make sure that your passport is up to date. You should have a minimum of six months after the date of your arrival home and you should have two empty pages for any visas required.

Note: Some countries require a passport to be valid for longer than six months. Please check with the country's embassy or with us.

What is the most appropriate type of luggage to bring?

Ans: We strongly recommend bringing a backpack or duffel bag, as suitcases can be cumbersome and difficult to store in buses, under seats, etc.. Keep in mind that you will normally have to carry your own luggage on and off buses and trains and up and down hotel staircases. Suitcases with wheels may not work well on dirt or cobblestone roads.

What clothing should I pack for one of your Tour?

Ans: We always recommend packing as light as possible however the specific requirements for your tour will vary widely depending on where and when you are traveling. Please always check the weather and pack accordingly, if its snowy mountain excursion then you need heavy woolen or if its high humidity jungle activity then need light summer wears.

Can you help arrange my travel visas?

Ans: Requirements for travel visas vary widely depending on your nationality and your destination. Although we are able to arrange visas on your behalf but need proper documents for the same.

What vaccinations are recommended ?

Ans: It's important that you receive the most accurate and up-to- date travel health information for the region you will be visiting. The only one qualified to provide you with this advice is your family physician or a specialist from a Travel Health clinic

Do your tours include international airfare?

Ans: Travelers arrive from all over the world to begin our tours and it is not possible to include international airfare in our prices. We would be happy to help you arrange flights. Just ask for an air quote when making your booking.

Are airport transfers included?

Ans: Most of tours packages include airport transfers. Please check the inclusions carefully if it’s not mentioned about transfer its not inclusive and so we recommend you arrange a taxi on arrival If you would prefer a pre-arranged transfer these are usually available at an additional cost - please contact us for more information.

What type of ground transportation is used ?

Ans: SIC :Seat in coach Basis / Private transfer / Self drive in which you hire a vehicle of your choice and drive yourself

How many minimum people require to form a groupr?

Ans: We keep our group sizes low so you have the freedom to move around and get involved with your surroundings, as well as more personal attention from our local guides. This intimate size ensures that your group will not crowd your experience. You can expect up to 15 travelers on a trip but the average is 10.

What are the age restrictions while travelling independently ?

Ans: To travel independently you must be at least 18 years of age. There are no upper age limits for most of our tours (although Yolo tours are restricted exclusively to 18-to- 39-year- olds). Also, travellers with pre-existing medical conditions are required to complete a medical questionnaire. Our Family Adventures are open to families with children .

I am a single traveler, will I be charged a single supplement?

Ans: Most of trips do have a single supplement. This means that the accommodation is on a single share basis and, if you are travelling on your own, you will not be sharing a room with another .

Can you provide me with a list of the hotels we will be staying at?

Ans: Yes once you confirmed your programme.

Can I join a tour late or leave it early?

Ans: It's extremely difficult if not impossible to join a tour after it has begun. It is possible to leave a tour early however you will be responsible for your own arrangements from the moment you decide to leave the tour. You would also be responsible for all costs associated with joining a tour late or leave a tour early

What is the payment Procedure?

Ans: All bookings come with different payment terms which will advise you during booking confirmation. You must make deposit/payment on or before “Deposit Due Date” indicated on your confirmation. Some bookings need the advance payment before confirm the bookings.

What is the Cancellation Policy of Tour Packages & Hotel Bookings?

Ans: Cancellation Charges are based on how many days before your booked arrival time FLAG receives your cancellation notice. These charges are a percentage of the total cost of your booked accommodation & Tour.

Can I get Refund, if my Visa not granted?

If you already issued the Air tickets , tour package or Hotel booking, you have to pay the cancellation charges as applicable and advise at the time of booking, whether you granted the visa or not.
